Crystal Lynne Brown<\/strong>\u00a0founded CB Consultancy after 15+ years leading high-stakes transformation in government and tech. During a five year tenure in leadership at Airbnb<\/strong>, she <\/span>led enterprise-wide initiatives through some of the company\u2019s most defining moments\u2014navigating COVID-19 shutdowns, regulatory challenges across 100,000+ global cities, and platform safety crises that required swift, coordinated action.<\/p>

She designed strategies that expanded market presence, built governance frameworks for cross-functional teams of 60+ colleagues, and developed policies that measurably improved platform safety. This work required balancing rapid innovation with operational rigor, managing stakeholders across functions, and maintaining momentum during crises.<\/p>

Crystal has nearly ten years experience in federal government service.\u00a0 At the White House<\/strong>, she served as Senior Director, working alongside Cabinet members and White House leadership on domestic and national security policy and leading Presidential initiatives involving 20+ federal agencies.<\/p>

At the Office of Management and Budget<\/strong>, she served as Counselor and Senior Policy Advisor to the General Counsel, leading interagency review and sign-off on Executive Orders, managing congressional investigations, and reviewing new federal regulations.<\/p>

At the U.S. Department of Justice<\/strong>, she served as senior advisor to the Deputy Attorney General, overseeing high-stakes operations, litigation, and policy coordination.\u00a0<\/p>

Earlier in her career, she practiced law at a firm in New York<\/strong> and clerked for a federal judge, building the analytical rigor and attention to detail that underpins her work.<\/p>
